This retail package is aimed at the home pest control business. The focus of the current version (1.2) is on scheduling. The program maintains a list of customer data and tells you when it is time to call. Our program will handle a company with one or more technicians and print out a timed schedule for each one. If Mrs. Smith asks you to call back on Tuesday then she will be on the call list when you pull it up Tuesday. While you are on the phone with your customer the technician’s entire day can be brought up on the screen and the new appointment fit right into place.
