Version 2.0 of our pest control program is being expanded so that almost ANY business
that makes appointments with customers can benefit from its features. We have
priced similar programs and found that it may cost a small business over a thousand
dollars to get the features that are built into this program.
- The program will allow you to specify each customers location relative to your home base. When it is time for the customer to receive service the program will show you the customers to call grouped by area. Imagine the gas and time savings by scheduling your appointments in clusters based on location!
- You can specify the frequency of the customers service as Monthly, Quarterly, Weekly or Bi-Monthly. If your customer wishes to be served on the THIRD WEDNESDAY of each month you can specify that as well.
- The data items captured and stored include address, phone, location (Cross Streets), comments and service instructions. There are data entry fields for comments that appear on the invoice as well as comments that appear only for the scheduler.
- The history of each change made is stored and made available on the screen.
- You can get a report of all income received for any period.
- You can specify all supplies used and get a report of the supplies used for any period.

This software is not yet released as of 2/08. The release of this program has been
given a lower priority than other projects. If you are interested in it give us a call and you can test it out while we put on the finishing touches. (Beta agreement required)
