WELCOME VINCENTIANS! The Saint Vincent Data System (SVdS) was created at the request of a Glendale, AZ conference and has been in limited use in several conferences across the country for several years. We are thrilled to be able to play a part in helping this organization to spend less time with paperwork and more time assisting their clients. We look forward to filling orders and helping conferences install, learn and use our product. We know we are going to be a great team! The software is designed to allow novice computer users to enter client information during a live interview. It keeps track of all visits and what assistance was given each time. The entire system is password protected and there are three levels of access so the financial data is restricted from the office user. The personal data of the client is encrypted for data security. The financial section is designed with the quarterly reports in mind and also keeps check book transactions. It also is designed to print output similar to the quarterly and annual reports. Simply copy the summary numbers onto the form and you are done. It runs on Windows PCs. (Windows 98 SE and above) It runs best on Windows 2000 or XP. This is the main screen where the client information is stored.		Make sure that the Treasurer of your conference sees this one! After all assistance whether cash, in-kind or food box has been indicated the treasurers job is virtually done for him or her. The treasurer can then look over all transactions to make sure that everything is in order.
Here the children and other adults living in the house are listed.		A list of everything given to the client can be compiled and stored.
